THE FALLEN EMPIRE

260 years passed after the Great Wall of ashekon was built with high esteem of bricks full of quality in cubits, length and height. Ashekon Great Wall has been a source of pride for the people that lives in it, the wall of ashekon was a canopy of protection against their enemies, for 2 (two) centuries no kingdom none kings was able to invade into Ashkelon and loots their properties, livestock, treasures, farmlands or take their people into captivity. Nations fear ashekon, no kings find it entertaining engaging war with Ashkelon until their pride was above the sky.

Whenever ashkelon has a yearly feast, the king of ashekon send great envoys to all empires, kingdoms, cities and villages in honor of their yearly feast which was of great pride and dignity to the people. A great envoy was also sent to a newly returning nation called Gushmite, gushmite was taken into captivity for about 30 years, they have lost their lands, their livestock, most of the noble and warriors are dead, their king is sick and has only a daughter called zaina. 

Zaina is a young princess but filled with wisdom, she we ascend the throne of her father's after her father pass to glory. From the City Tower, the watch men saw a great envoy coming towards the city gate of gushmite. Now the king was too old and sick to attend to dignitaries, the authority of leadership was given to zaina in place of her father.

Zaina rush down from the palace to welcome the great envoys from ashekon, zaina ask 'are you for peace'? They replied 'yes we come in peace'. Zaina took them to the palace court were guest are treated, zaina agreed to the king invitation of honoring their yearly festival. 

Now zaina was a beautiful, blessed, charming girl that can catch the eyes of any living thing that has breath, on the eve to the festival, zaina and her group arrive ashekon. It was a sunny morning, the heavens were brighten upon the kingdom of ashekon, dancers were already on stage performing for the guest, after the feast, zaina resides back to her quarter in the palace.

The king of ashekon could not hold back the beauty of zaina so he request for her presence, zaina was standing with the king in her royal throne alone without third parties. But zaina was not comfortable with the king advancement towards her, she warn the king not to come any further, but because of pride and the history of ashekon, the king refuse to listen to the zaina plead. 

Now zaina was feeling uneasy with the king and attempt to leave the king presence, but the king smack zaina from behind and the bracelet on zaina given to her by her late mother fell off her wrist and destroyed. Zaina was furious, draw out the sword of the king and thrust it through the heart of the king; the king of ashekon died facing the earth, so zaina cut off the head of the king and shut the door of the palace court. She called her most loyal servants and informs her generals what had happened in the palace court. 

The general immediately summon some loyal and courageous army from his group and eliminate the kings palace guards, it was a blood bath flooding day in ashekon. So the city bell was ringed and all the soldiers in ashekon drown their swords for battle. In the fierce hour of the battle, zaina ran into their midst with the head of the king, seeing the head of the king in the hands of a girl weaken the spirit of the soldiers, they threw their sword on the ground and Everyman run for his life. 

That day zaina and her group capture the Great Wall of ashekon, zaina destroyed every mark left by the late kings and rename the kingdom as gushmite. From that day even till tomorrow, Zaina remains the greatest queen ever rules in the history of gushmite.
